Processing Time

Each bookmark is lovingly handmade to order, making every package as unique as the reader receiving it.

Please allow 2–4 business days for us to create, package, and prepare your order for shipment. During launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take the full 3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States and to Canada. International Shipping coming soon.

Orders Under $25

Most orders under $25 are shipped via USPS non-machinable letter mail. This shipping method helps us keep shipping affordable while ensuring your order is packaged with care.

Please note that non-machinable letter mail does not include tracking and may arrive with your regular household mail rather than as a package at your door.

Orders of $25 or More

Orders of $25 or more are typically upgraded to USPS tracked shipping at no additional cost.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on USPS, destination, weather, holidays, and postal volume.

USPS may experience temporary delays or service interruptions in certain areas. Because of this, delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

For untracked letter-mail orders, we kindly ask customers to allow up to 14 days from the shipment date before considering an order delayed.

Please keep an eye on your mailbox, as smaller orders may arrive with your regular USPS letter mail rather than at your door.

If Your Order Has Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of shipment, please contact us so we can help as quickly as possible.

Because USPS delays can sometimes cause an original shipment to arrive later than expected, we ask that customers contact us before requesting a replacement or refund.

We will review each situation individually and work with you to determine the best next step.

Lost or Delayed Mail

Orders that are still within the 14-day delivery window are considered in transit and are not eligible for replacement or refund solely due to delivery timing.

If an order remains undelivered after 14 days, please contact us. We may offer a replacement or other resolution depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been handed over to USPS, we are unable to cancel or recall the shipment.
